Entry and Exit to the Dormitory: There are no restrictions, time limits, or designated entry/exit hours for entering or leaving the dormitory. Our students use facial recognition systems for check-ins and check-outs, ensuring efficient tracking of student movements.

Rooms There are more than four room types (Single, 2 Persons, 3 Persons, 4 Persons, Suite Rooms and VIP Room types) Each room has its own toilet and bathroom. The rooms have natural gas in winter and air conditioning in summer. You can enter your room with the digital room card that will be assigned to your name after registration. There are also sensitive fire alarms in each room. Each student has his/her own desk and cabinet (VIP rooms have their own lounge, kitchen and shared bathroom /Suite rooms have a separate living area and shared bathroom).

Bills: Our students are not required to pay for utilities such as electricity, water, and natural gas during their stay.

Meals: Breakfast is included in the price (served at certain times). Students can also cook their own meals in the Hobby kitchen on the 1st floor of Block A.

Cleaning Service: Each of our students is entitled to detailed room cleaning once a week, which is carried out regularly. There is also a weekly bed linen change service available (if our provided products are used).

Internet Service: Our dormitory provides education-supported internet service.

Social Areas: Our social areas include two different types of gyms and saunas, a game center with games such as billiards and table tennis, a Gentlemen’s terrace area with PS5, a barbecue area, a luggage room where you can put your suitcases, a small movie theater, a study room, and a computer room. All these social areas are free and open 24/7 for our students (except for the barbecue area, which closes at 00:00)

Daily Technical Issues: Technical malfunctions that may occur in the room are repaired by our technical staff as soon as possible after being reported to the reception by the students.

Daily IT Issues: Internet problems related to classes, online education, browsing, etc., are resolved promptly by our IT staff as soon as possible after being reported to the reception by the students.

Reception Service: The boys’ dormitory provides reception service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Laundry Room: At Konforist, we have a laundry room where you can use the washing machines and an ironing area, available for free 24/7.
